We had the most incredible experience on our hot air balloon flight yesterday. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and genuinely special. The team made us feel so comfortable and safe, and you could really tell how passionate they are about what they do. Watching the sunrise from the balloon was absolutely breathtaking—something we’ll never forget. It felt peaceful, surreal, and honestly magical. The running commentary and stories from Jon throughout made the flight so much fun. Thank you so much for creating such a memorable experience for us. This is one for your bucket list !! What a wonderful experience. A perfect day for flying. Jon & Sasha were exceptional hosts. The views of the Mary Valley were sensational and Jon’s commentary about the area and balloon flying was very entertaining. Sasha was equally knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. Dig deep and read the terms and conditions. We won't be flying. In Response to business: Thanks. I have had multiple conversations with your company and was disappointed that you would not waive the $150 per person fee to rebook. My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Sunshine Coast Ballooning. The entire crew were fantastic. From the booking, to the pickup and transfer, through to the actual flight was seamless. It was well organised, fun, exciting and informative. Jon is so knowledgeable in his craft and has a great sense of humour. The champagne and breakfast included afterwards was an enjoyable way to spend some time getting to know more about our fellow ballooners and sharing our experiences. Top job guys. What can we say but exceptional . What an experience  not only first time in hot air balloon but the professionalism and knowledge from Jon was amazing. He continued to do his job while giving us all  great information about ballooning and the area we travelled over. The experience makes us want to do it again . Mike our driver was fantastic 👏 Ian and Sasha were so welcoming 🙏 And thanku  to Sasha for keeping us updated . We highly recommend Sunshine Coast BALLOONING for a fantastic experience. Finished with a yummy breakfast. Definitely a great experience in our lovely Sunshine Coast.
